Industrial aluminum profiles are an alloy material with aluminum as the main component. The proportion of the added alloy is different, and the mechanical properties and application fields of the industrial aluminum profiles produced are also different. Application fields Generally speaking, industrial aluminum profiles refer to all aluminum profiles except for building doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and building structures.

Connection methods of industrial aluminum profiles:
1. Right-angle connection.
The common connection method of industrial aluminum alloy profiles is right-angle connection. Commonly used accessories include angle pieces, hexagon socket bolts, built-in connectors, angle slot connectors, anchor-type connector pins, connecting plates, etc. These accessories can realize the right-angle connection of two profiles. If the right-angle connection of three profiles is required, a three-dimensional angle connector, or a hexagon socket bolt + elastic fastener + special semicircular head bolt is required for connection.
2. Bevel connection.
Aluminum alloy profiles are sometimes cut at an angle, and at this time, bevel connection will be encountered. The accessories that can be used include bevel connectors, 45-degree angle brackets, 135-degree angle brackets, angle adjustment plates, etc. It can realize multi-angle connection of profiles, which also reflects the flexibility of aluminum profile connection.
3. Extended connection.
An aluminum profile is 6 meters long, but in many cases the total height or total length of the frame is more than 6 meters. At this time, an extended connector is needed, which can also be called a slot connector. When installing, insert them into the profile slot pits and tighten them with bolts.
